So now to the Food-Glorious-Food!

 Japanese Beef Salad - Chilled miso beef, soba noodles, pickled ginger, radish, sesame and bonito flakes.

 Salt and Szechuan Peppered Calamari - with Asian slaw and chilli mayo.

Garden Burger - Sweet Potato, sunflower and quinoa pattie with mint yogurt, chilli sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion and avocado.

 Pumpkin Salad - pumpkin, candied walnuts, peppered goats cheese, watercress and fig.

 Blue Gum Beef Burger - Wagyu beef pattie with lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes, cheddar cheese, beetroot tepanade, caramelised onions, pickle, hickory BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.

 Home Made Chicken, leek and mushroom Pie - garden salad and apricot relish.

 Pale Ale Beer Battered 'Fish of the Day' with chips and tartare sauce.

 Chicken Summer Salad - chicken, lettuce, alfalfa, caesar dressing, pistachio crumbs, maple bacon and egg.
 Potato and  Turmeric Gnocchi - Sage butter, mushroom ragout and baby herbs.

Steak Sandwich - Sirloin steak with mayo, baby roquette, semi-dried tomatoes, onion jam, tomato relish on toasted artisan sour dough with beer battered chips.
